Cinco de Mayo, which is in remembrance of the Mexican Army defeating the French in 1862, is a chance to celebrate our neighbors to the south. With the pandemic slowly coming to an end, we may be able to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with friends and family! For an easy menu, consider a taco bar pot luck.
